Shipping & Returns
All artworks are shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering.
Paris Sophie Art offers a flat rate shipping on all works at the following costs:
Domestic:
- Value of order $0 - $499 = $25 flat rate shipping
- Value of order $500+ = free shipping
International
- Value of order $0 - $199 = $30 flat rate shipping
- Value of order $200+ = $60 flat rate shipping

Commissioned artworks may incur additional shipping cost depending on size and buyer location.
Paris Sophie Art is not responsible for any additional international taxes and duties which may occur during shipping.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and plans are forced to change, thus Paris Sophie Art offers a returns and cancellation policy on purchasing. Returns and cancellation can be accepted under the following circumstances.
If a piece of artwork is requested to be returned due to:
a) Change of mind / cancellation
If you have paid a deposit for a Paris Sophie Art commission or piece, and decide you no longer want the piece.
You must inform Paris Sophie Art within 48 hours of purchasing to receive a refund of your deposit. After this time period you risk losing your full deposit or part of your deposit to cover costs.
If a customer has purchased artwork and for unforeseen circumstances does not wish to keep the art work, they must explain their reasons honestly. It is at the management discretion to decide if the request of a return is approved. Return requests must be made within 2 weeks after receiving your piece.
If the piece is approved for return for a change or mind or cancellation, then the customer will lose 10% of the works value and be responsible for shipping the artwork back. Once received, the artwork will be inspected to
ensure the piece is returned as it was dispatched. If the art work is received and approved under the inspection, the refund will be arranged. If the art work is received and not approved under the inspection, the refund will be disputed to that individual case.
b) Damages.
If the piece of artwork is received with any damages, a photo and summary must be
communicated via email from the customer. No returns can be made before communicating to
customer services via contact@parissophieart.com. All artwork is checked before it is dispatched. However, if for any reason any damage is missed or caused in transit, the customer can be entitled to one of the following according to the individual case:
- The piece to be returned for a touch up, frame swap
- An alternative piece of artwork as a replacement
- Keeping the piece at a discount
Requests must be sent to the email address contact@parissophieart.com, with the order number as the subject (this can be found in your order confirmation email).
All emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
