Sunset Lovers

This piece represents everything beautiful, joyous and explosive about love.

When I finished and stepped back to look at this work, I was transported to a beach with the love of my life full of happiness and contentment.

I love the juxtaposition between the explosion of colours and patterns and the solid white boarder, a reminder of how picture perfect a moment in life can feel.

And I couldn't go past adding some gold leaf accents, because what's life without a bit of sparkle!
